A driver has been charged after swerving past police and then leading them on a shocking 100mph chase.
Footage showed the hair-raising, high-speed pursuit in darkness on a single carriageway road.
The Jaguar repeatedly drifted over the central white line and cornered at breakneck speed.

The driver was later allegedly found to have over twice the legal limit of alcohol in his breath.
And to be already disqualified from driving.
It happened in Lytham St Annes, near Blackpool, Lancs, in the early hours of Sunday (30 Nov), as reported by Need To Know.
A Lancashire Police spokesperson said: “Officers were on patrol in Lytham when they spotted a Jaguar travelling at excessive speed and swerving whilst passing their vehicle.
“The officers gave chase, but the Jaguar continued travelling at speeds of up to 100mph whilst straddling the centre line, driving onto the wrong side of the road and braking harshly.
“The driver was eventually stopped and blew 86 at the roadside – the legal limit being 35.
“To top it off, the driver had no valid insurance and had been disqualified from driving earlier this year.”
The 31-year-old driver was arrested, and his vehicle was seized.
He has now been charged with drink driving, driving whilst disqualified, driving with no insurance and driving without due care and attention.
