A woman has revealed that she’s “ageing backwards” just like Simon Cowell, by cleaning her blood – and says she feels “super human”.
The Britain’s Got Talent creator and judge recently admitted to using the controversial blood filtering trend.
Cowell, 66, says he’s had his blood rinsed, filtered and put back into his body; all in a bid to stay youthful for longer.
Tracy Kiss, who is known for her wild cosmetic procedures, is no stranger to the process herself – forking out an eye-watering £1,995 on the “biohacking” technique.
The mum-of-two, aged 36, says the results left her “shocked” and believes more people should put their fears aside to give it a go.
“I was so shocked to see 400ml of waste removed from my blood,” Tracy, from Buckinghamshire, told Need To Know.

“I felt relaxed and sleepy after, as the filtering takes away some good vitamins, as well as the bad stuff.
“So I got a vitamin B complex drip at the end to restore the balance.
“A couple of months later, I feel amazing – like having a systematic reset – and my body operates like a finely tuned sports car.”
Tracy had the procedure in October 2025 at Harley Street Medics.
She claims her biological age is now 28 – eight years younger than her actual age – and is overjoyed that reports of celebrities, such as Simon Cowell, filtering their blood are circulating.

Orlando Bloom, Troy Aikman and Paul Wesley are among other Hollywood names who have publicly revealed going through the filtering process.
She said: “I’m so happy to see that Simon Cowell is a fan of blood filtration.
“While many have discussed his appearance across his career, it’s actually the cellular changes that matter most here.
“I agree [with him] that biohacking allows us to age backwards.
“So many people try to hide, or distract, from the signs of ageing with aesthetics, makeup, surgery and clothing.
“They’re embarrassed by unwanted bodily changes.

“When we heal from within, removing toxins from our body, we are able to nurture natural beauty and live as ourselves, rather than wearing a mask.”
Tracy claims she had the “best night’s sleep” after having her blood extracted and filtered through a dialysis chamber.
She noted being able to lift more at the gym, as well as her overall energy levels renewed, and says that she feels “super human”.
Tracy added: “I’m physically stronger, as I’m not fighting the toxins that have been flooding my body and impacting my immune system.
“Inflammation has reduced, lowering the risk of certain cancers, and I feel super human.
“The saying: ‘A weight lifted from my shoulders’ could not be more accurate for how the body feels when cleansed and relieved of toxins.
“Cleansing the body of heavy metals and microplastics has such a wonderful impact on all aspects of physical and mental health.
“Ultimately, the more in-tune we are internally, the more balanced we are externally.
“I filter the limescale from my kettle and the impurities from my tap water, so why not filter our bodies?
“I hope that this process allows people worldwide to turn their focus from the superficial and temporary appearance that is challenged with age.
“And, instead, invest in internal health that makes us glow from within.”
Tracy previously revealed undergoing six surgeries at once, including a labiaplasty, vaginoplasty, stress incontinence surgery, mole removal, wisdom teeth removal and Invisalign teeth straightening.
It set her back a whopping £40,000, though it was all done in a bid to turn back the clock.
However, she was left looking “no different”.
