A randy zebra rudely interrupted a “romantic” safari meal.
Jeff Hyer was enjoying an aperitif when the striped animal approached him in an excited state.
The zebra, closely related to horses and donkeys, appeared to have a fifth leg.

Jeff joked: “You’re having a romantic dinner on safari.
“Honey, we haven’t even had our appetizers yet.”
Jeff, a safari travel advisor who comes from Montana, US, was dining with his associate Shelley and photographer Aleks when the animal rudely interrupted them.
They were staying in the Tsavo West National Park in Kenya at the time.
“The setting was lantern-lit and very atmospheric, classic safari bush dining, when a very excited zebra unexpectedly wandered over and joined us,” Jeff, 26, told Need To Know.
“I decided to start recording because I had a feeling it would be a funny moment, and it clearly resonated.
“The video has since reached around seven million views.
“I was with my team, including my associate Shelley and our photographer Aleks, and we all shared a laugh about the timing.
“This moment really captures what safari is like.
“Nature is unpredictable, and sometimes the wildlife shows up right at dinner, which is exactly what makes these experiences so memorable and fun.”
Jeff arranges custom-tailored safari trips across Africa, including Kenya.
He said: “A big part of my role is creating content that showcases the kinds of real experiences guests can expect while on safari.”
As of today (17 Dec), the video has racked up 7.3m views on TikTok with over 7,500 comments.
One fan joked: “Was zebra sausage on the menu?”
“Dinner and a show, lucky you!” added another.
