A virally famed cat has been announced dead as its owner celebrates its birthday.
Jellybean was one of 40 cats living with Johan Eskandar Mohamad Najib.
The feline made a name for herself as a model for various advertisements, including AirAsia.

Sadly, the furry pet, who was 10 years old, passed away recently, reports Need To Know.
In a post, which has racked up over 295,000 likes, Johan shared the news with his followers on 29 December – which would have been her birthday – and over a month since her passing.
A series of pictures of Jellybean are included, such as one of her lounging in a pile of dirt, and various clips including her wrapped up in a blanket.

“It’s been over a month,” the post read.
“Johan has been saving this, and Johan hasn’t updated for a long time because he really wasn’t in the mood but now it’s time because many of Johan’s followers love Jellybean.
“My princess is gone.
“In Jellybean’s healthy state, she just finished playing and eating…Allah took her.
“The incident was very sudden, when I remember it feels like a dream.
“If she was sick we could have time to get ready this suddenly.
“Jellybean is not just a cat, she is Johan’s princess, baby Johan and everyone’s princess.”
Today, 30 December, marks Johan’s birthday and to “stay strong” during this difficult time, he’s decided to visit the “holy land” and continue praying.
As a final note, the writer says that Johan, who is from Malaysia, hopes to be more “enthusiastic” when he returns to 358,000 Instagram followers (@johanandhiscats ).
