Doctors were stunned to discover an eyeliner with a giant bladder stone attached stuck up a dead man’s bum.
The man, in his sixties, had battled intermittent tummy pain for three years and was rushed to hospital after passing out.
Tragically, he later died at the facility.

Forensic pathologists conducting the post-mortem were shocked to find an aluminium eyeliner inside him.
The pen measured 9cm by 0.8cm, with the brand name still visible, and adhered to it was a massive bladder stone measuring 6.5cm by 6cm by 4cm.
The foreign object had pierced the front wall of his rectum and passed through the back wall of his bladder.

One kidney was swollen and reddish, the other pale, while his spleen was enlarged and the tubes carrying urine from his kidneys to his bladder were stretched.
The cause of death was recorded as sepsis due to pyelonephritis of the left kidney, as reported by Need To Know.
He lived with his brother, who found him unconscious.
The man had reported anorexia and diarrhoea two weeks before his death.

Medics spent two days trying to revive him without success.
Police launched an investigation into how the eyeliner ended up inside him.
They discovered he often wore women’s clothes and found a vibrator in his bedroom.
Japanese researchers Tadashi Hosoya, Kazuki Harada, and Jun Kanetake noted in a study of the case that “sexual activity should be considered a possible manner of death, even if it took place several years previously”.
