He shared humorous videos related to his condition as well as more serious content related to the bullying he suffered as a child.
Alejo had nearly 4m followers on TikTok as well as 300,000 Instagram fans.

His bio read: “I’m 90cm tall and nothing has been too big for me.”

In recent months, he was seen using supplemental oxygen while chatting with his followers in livestreams, as reported by Need To Know.
During such conversations, he mentioned he was going through a medical process, but did not disclose any details about his diagnosis.

On 10 February, he said: “I thought my 33rd birthday was going to be different, but it wasn’t.
“I only ask life to let me be myself again, to find meaning in my days again, and for my mind to be healthy so I can continue helping others despite my loneliness.
“Because I thank God for my small support network, the best one, the one that is saving me.”
He added: “Happy Birthday Alejo, I promise you that next year will be just as you dreamed, with those who are saving you today.”
It was his last ever post on Instagram.
So far, the exact cause of his death has not been reported.
Alejo was buried in Medellín, where he spent most of his life and career.
A family member said: “I love you and will always love you.
“Every achievement in my life will be for you.
“I feel a great emptiness of my life, I will miss you every day and I will remember you in every achievement and with every laugh.”
