Two motorists were left in stitches after spotting a mattress company’s bizarre – but brilliant – advertising stunt on the road.
Hilarious footage shows a car towing a trailer carrying a mattress with a mannequin casually lying on top as if fast asleep.
Banners promoting the business are plastered along the sides of the trailer, turning it into a moving billboard, as reported by Need To Know.

As one man bursts out laughing, the other jokes: “This one didn’t fit in the car. At least the poor thing gets to sleep.”
The funny scenes were filmed on the A-49 motorway between Seville and Huelva in Spain and shared online last Thursday (9 April).
After the clip went viral, the company behind the stunt – 5bed – jumped on the buzz.
They posted: “Record us, post it and tag us in your video to get a special discount on your next purchase.”
Local reports say towing a light trailer on motorways is legal as long as it meets regulations and the load is properly secured.
However, authorities can step in if the load is deemed distracting to other drivers.
Viewers online were loving the stunt.
One person said: “More funny people like this, please – and fair play to the company for the marketing effort they’ve put in.”

Another viewer added: “Jokes aside, it’s a great bit of advertising – everyone who drives past notices it.”
A third person wrote: “I got such a shock the first time I saw it – it looked like they were carrying a dead body.”

And a fourth user joked: “Those are some great mattresses – this woman can’t even get up.”
