Two people were injured in the road smash in São Paulo, Brazil.
Dramatic CCTV footage showed the sports car veering across the road before apparently striking two motorcycles.
The Porsche then hit two other vehicles and came to a halt after colliding with a central reservation barrier.
One motorcycle was reportedly dragged 30 metres along the road while the other was split in two by the impact.
The motorcyclists, aged 43 and 51, were taken to local health centres with non-life-threatening injuries, according to the authorities.
Police have indicated the Porsche driver was travelling at high speed prior to losing control.
Fabio’s passenger, fellow influencer Willian Brito Piovezan, better known as Bitelo, was unharmed in the accident.

Fabio remained at the scene, called the emergency services, and assisted the victims.
The 46-year-old influencer underwent a breathalyser test, which returned negative for alcohol.
In his police statement, he claimed he lost control after driving over a pothole in the road, citing the Porsche’s low ground clearance.
The case has been registered as causing bodily harm through negligent driving.
Fabio’s content focuses on bodybuilding, training tips, and competitions.
He has competed since 2014, winning titles including the São Paulo state championship in the super heavyweight category and Mr Rio in 2017, as reported by Need To Know.

He owns the 24-hour Giga Pro House gym in São Paulo’s Ipiranga district.
Fabio’s legal team has emphasised his cooperation with the authorities and stated that all victims are conscious and receiving appropriate medical care.
The Porsche 911 Carrera GTS is a high-performance model capable of accelerating from 0-62 mph in around three seconds, with a top speed exceeding 190 mph.
Investigations continue.
