A woman escaped with just an injured foot after a plummeting DOOR missed her head by a whisker.
CCTV footage shows her walking along the pavement when the door suddenly comes crashing down out of nowhere.
It lands on her foot, missing her head by just inches.

She can be seen stumbling to the side of the pavement and sitting down before removing her shoe and clutching her foot in pain.
The shocking scenes unfolded in Karaman, Turkey, last Wednesday (2 September).
The PVC door belonged to the fire escape staircase of a business centre and became detached for an as-yet-unknown reason.
It fell from a height of around seven metres (23ft) onto Nujud Thabit, who received first aid at the scene before being taken by ambulance to a local hospital.
Checks revealed that Nujud, 20, had fractured the big toe on her right foot, as reported by Need To Know.
Nujud, who is originally from Somalia, told local media: “I don’t remember much about the moment because I was panicking.
“I had gone out to do some shopping. I was rummaging through my bag to get on the bus.
“I never imagined something would fall on me. It happened so suddenly.”
At the hospital, she was told she needed wires inserted and a splint on her foot.
She said: “They said I would need to wear the cast for about a month and that I shouldn’t move my foot for the first three weeks.
“I later had surgery. They told me it wasn’t a very serious operation, but that I needed to be careful. My stitches will be removed in two weeks.”
After being discharged from the hospital, Nujud went to the police station and gave a statement.
She said: “I am making a complaint against those responsible. We expected them to at least come to the hospital, but nobody came.
“I wasn’t actually going to make a complaint, but I decided to because they hadn’t carried out the necessary checks and hadn’t apologised.”
Police are investigating.
