Shocking CCTV footage shows the heavy vehicle hurtling down a steep road as it rapidly gains speed.
The driver appears to desperately slam on the brakes as the truck races towards a concrete barrier – but is unable to bring it to a stop.

With just seconds to spare, he flings open the cab door and jumps out of the moving vehicle, as reported by Need To Know.
The terrifying incident happened in Northern Shomron, in the West Bank, on Monday (7 September) morning.
Footage shows the driver hitting the road and rolling across the pavement as the out-of-control truck continues hurtling forwards.
Moments later, the concrete pump truck smashes through the barrier and plunges into the ravine below.
The huge crash shatters the quiet of the street and sparks an immediate commotion.
Miraculously, nobody was injured.
