Can’t wait until Christmas Day for your pudding? A fudge maker has you covered.
Roly’s Fudge is bringing back its seasonal Christmas Pudding Fudge, designed to capture the taste of the classic festive dessert in a single crumbly bite.
And the ingredients list reads more like a family recipe than a sweet shop staple.

The fudge starts with sugar, milk and butter, which are combined with grated apples, carrots and freshly peeled orange and lemon.
It is then spiced with cloves and allspice before being mixed with brandy and stout.
Finally, it is finished with sultanas, currants, raisins and flaked almonds.
According to the family-run firm, no artificial flavours are used to achieve its rich, fruity taste.

The limited-edition fudge is made in small handmade batches using Roly’s traditional methods and a recipe developed over decades.
Each batch takes more than two hours to make and yields just 100 portions.
The flavour launches on 1 November and will be available throughout the festive period.
It can be bought at all Roly’s Fudge pantries across the UK, priced from £3.30 per 100g.
It is also available online at rolysfudge.co.uk for £19.50 for a 250g box in a sleeved gift edition, including free delivery.
Founded in 1987, Roly’s Fudge specialises in traditional fudge made using a classic West Country recipe.
The fudge is made fresh daily in small batches, using natural ingredients and with zero food waste, in full view of customers at more than 40 fudge pantries across the country.
The business will celebrate its 40th anniversary in 2027.
