Love Island star Helena Ford has revealed contestants are banned from masturbating in the villa.
The season 12 star, who also appeared on the hit All Stars spin-off, lifted the lid on the X-rated rule tucked away in Islanders’ contracts.
Helena, 30, revealed contestants must sign a code of conduct before entering the famous villa.

And while looking through the document, the former air hostess spotted one rule that left her in stitches.
Despite plenty of saucy antics taking place on the ITV dating show over the years, Islanders are apparently banned from masturbating.
Helena was handed the contract ahead of her appearances on the show in 2025 and All Stars in 2026, as reported by Need To Know.

And the bizarre rule left the contestant wondering whether a previous Islander had been responsible for it being introduced.
Helena, from Barnstaple, Devon, made the revelation on the Private Parts podcast on 10 August.
She said: “You actually sign, obviously, like a code of conduct.
“And one of the things that was in the contract, which I was laughing at, is it says you can’t masturbate.
“I was just like, it’s just like such a weird thing…yeah, it would be absolutely outrageous.
“And it’d be quite nice to know the boys aren’t doing that in the bed.

“But I just thought like someone’s obviously done that for you to have to put that in the contract.”
The revelation left fans speculating about why the unusual rule might exist, with some suggesting it could encourage contestants to pursue romantic connections in the villa.
One person said: “They don’t do it because of the lack of privacy.

“They do it so that it’s more likely you’ll cave and have sex in the villa.
“It’s all about controlled and manipulated environments which create more drama and impulsive acts for TV.”
Another fan added: “It’s so they get really pent up and start trying to climb each other like trees.”
