A Brit has vanished 5,000 miles from home – leaving his terrified family desperately searching for answers.
Anton Green, 43, has been reported missing after his loved ones went weeks without hearing from him.
The Manchester-born Brit was last heard from in early August, with his family saying the prolonged silence is deeply out of character.

Anton, originally from Whalley Range, has been living in Colombia for the past three years, as reported by Need To Know.
Fluent in Spanish, he reportedly settled near the capital Bogotá after falling in love with the country’s culture following travels around Europe and South America.
But his worried family in the UK have now launched an appeal for information after losing contact with him.
His sister Sian Tuohey, 40, said Anton had experienced mental health difficulties around the same time last year.
The family believe he had been staying around the Fontibón and Mesitas del Colegio areas before he disappeared.
Sian also said her brother may have been planning to travel to neighbouring Ecuador.
Anton is described as dark-skinned, around 5ft 6in tall and with short afro hair.
His sister has shared an online appeal urging expats and locals to come forward with any information about his whereabouts.
Sian said: “My brother Anton has been missing in Colombia for the last 6 weeks.
“He has been living there since 2023,but he has made no contact with the family now since August 5th.
“Please share, as the police are keen for any information from anyone who may have spoken to him prior to him going missing.”
