Story from Jam Press (Butt Lift) Pictured: Dr Alex Earle. Meet the BBL surgeon who 'age-reverses' women's behinds – taking 25 YEARS off one patient's butt. A plastic surgeon known for his skills in "age-reversing" women's bodies has revealed some of the best before and after cases he has dealt with – including shaving 25 years off one patient's butt. Dr Alex Earle, 45, from Miami, Florida, US, is renowned in the medical community for his skills with a scalpel and is also a TikTok star with over 74,600 followers (@dr.alex.earle). The doctor, who trained at Princeton and Duke University, and has been a doctor for 10 years, is so committed to helping women get a round behind that he's even created his very own spin on the infamous Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL) – dubbed the South Beach Butt Lift (SoBeBL). Dr Earle has also noticed a trend in more patients requesting a 'natural' hourglass figure with subtle changes, as the 'Kim Kardashian shape' drops in popularity. "I age-reverse women's butts," he told JamPrime.com. "I made one patient look like she'd gone from 60 to 35, dramatically changing her look. "Many women whom I consult often have a straight, rectangular body shape or feel their butts have seen better days as age impacts the form and feel. "The SoBeBL is different from the BBL in that it is more 'natural', making the butt look like an upside-down heart of sorts." "I had a 28-year-old woman who was heavy most of her life and hated her body. "She started a weight loss journey and when she was at a weight she was happy with I then helped sculpt her to the body of her dreams. "I also had a 25-year-old woman who always hated her shape. She said her bum looked like an inverted triangle and she wanted to reverse it. "We were able to give her an hourglass figure from the front and a beautiful upside heart shaped bum." Dr Earle recommends a healthy diet and exercise regime to compliment surgical procedures. He said: “One of my patients was a 29-year

A plastic surgeon known for his skills in “age-reversing” women’s bodies has revealed some of the best before and after cases he has dealt with – including shaving 25 years off one patient’s butt.

Dr Alex Earle, 45, from Miami, Florida, US, is renowned in the medical community for his skills with a scalpel and is also a TikTok star with over 74,600 followers (@dr.alex.earle).

The doctor, who trained at Princeton and Duke University, and has been a doctor for 10 years, is so committed to helping women get a round behind that he’s even created his very own spin on the infamous Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL) – dubbed the South Beach Butt Lift (SoBeBL).

Dr Earle has also noticed a trend in more patients requesting a ‘natural’ hourglass figure with subtle changes, as the ‘Kim Kardashian shape’ drops in popularity.

“I age-reverse women’s butts,” he told JamPrime.com.

“I made one patient look like she’d gone from 60 to 35, dramatically changing her look.

“Many women whom I consult often have a straight, rectangular body shape or feel their butts have seen better days as age impacts the form and feel.

“The SoBeBL is different from the BBL in that it is more ‘natural’, making the butt look like an upside-down heart of sorts.”

“I had a 28-year-old woman who was heavy most of her life and hated her body.

“She started a weight loss journey and when she was at a weight she was happy with I then helped sculpt her to the body of her dreams.

“I also had a 25-year-old woman who always hated her shape. She said her bum looked like an inverted triangle and she wanted to reverse it.

“We were able to give her an hourglass figure from the front and a beautiful upside heart shaped bum.”

Dr Earle recommends a healthy diet and exercise regime to compliment surgical procedures.

He said: “One of my patients was a 29-year-old woman who worked extremely hard at the gym and could not get definition or the shape she desired.

“We helped her get the athletic sculpted look she was always wanting. The best combination is surgery, nutrition, and exercise.”

Although Dr Earle is always up for a challenge, he is very clear with clients who have unattainable ideals on what they can realistically achieve with surgery.

“Many people come to me with a specific idea of what they want with photos of some of the most popular celebrities and characters, Beyoncé and Jessica Rabbit.”

“These women often have a straight, rectangular shape to their bodies or feel their butts have seen better days as age impacts the form and feel.”

However, although Dr Earle is always up for a challenge, he is very clear with clients who have unattainable ideals on what they can realistically achieve.

He said: “Lately, I’ve also seen more people come in for reductions, having overdone their buttocks in the past and wanting to opt for a look that better complements their natural body shape.

“People are afraid of ‘diaper booty’ or having an ‘ant shape’– where the buttocks and hips don’t match the thighs or the overall frame.

“Having a BBL can be very powerful for a patient, it can completely transform their body.

“However, you have to understand that it’s a big surgery and can take its toll on the mind and body – that’s why it’s so important to get a surgeon who is honest about the experience and what the end result could look like.

“As a general rule and part of my safety protocol, I limit a patient’s BMI to 30 at most [a healthy BMI for women is usually between 18.5-25].

“If they are over this limit, I always recommend against surgery.”

The doctor also rarely works with patients over the age of 50, unless they are in very good health as they may not “tolerate the surgery very well” in recovery terms.

When patients are unable to meet his safety checklist, they often decide to try the gym route instead.

Unfortunately, according to the doctor, it’s impossible to get BBL results from the gym.

Dr Earle said: “While you can tone and build a behind, you’ll never get a BBL look from the gym – no amount of exercise will change your body from straight up-and-down into a more curvaceous shape.”

“It’s not possible to transform the body in the way that we do surgically with a BBL by diet and exercise alone.

“For example, the hip dip, there’s no way to work it out because there’s no muscle to grow in that area. These areas require fat transfer to add more volume.

“Exercise, mental health and a focus on nutrition are the best combination in order to have a successful surgery and longer-lasting results.

“You should also find a board-certified plastic surgeon to perform the procedure.

“Research the clinic and doctor to make sure they have lots of experience with the procedure and safety protocols.

“A BBL can be a very dangerous surgery if done by the wrong person.

“And be prepared to suffer for your new perky behind – the recovery time is long and can be stressful on both the body and the mind.

“But, pun intended, in the end, who can argue with a new butt!”

If you are unsure of how your new bum will feel, it’s always worth asking the surgeon if you can see and feel the implants they intend to use during your consultation session.
