Built in 1838 for the Monteath family, the stunning property known as Wyndham Duchally Country Estate in on the market, and estate agents expect it will fetch offers over £7.5m. The hotel was awarded the 2023 Traveller’s Choice Award by TripAdvisor, making it one of the most sought-after holiday destinations in the world. Located at the base of the Scottish Highlands in Auchterarder, a small town north of the Ochil Hills in Perth and Kinross, it offers complete privacy while remaining in travelling distance to Edinburgh and Glasgow at 40 miles away.
