An £18 burger created by Gordon Ramsay sparked mixed reactions when some customers mistakenly believed they spotted a hair in it.

The celebrity chef promoted his G.F.C Burger, featuring a spicy kimchi marinated chicken thigh, hash brown, lettuce, cheese, and spicy sauce.

Served across his 10 Gordon Ramsay Street Burger restaurants nationwide, the burger faced scrutiny after viewers claimed to have seen a hair in a video.

Ramsay responded, describing the burger as “Tasty G.F.C burger with chilli spiced buttermilk chicken and a crispy hash brown at Gordon Ramsay Street Burger.”

While some like Asiya Shah expressed concern over the perceived hair, others like Jason Skumanich suggested it might be a shadow or a lump on the burger.

Another individual chimed in, stating, “It’s not hair.” Similarly, another burger enthusiast commented, “I don’t think that’s hair lol might just be from after blending the ingredients.”

It’s worth noting that there is no implication that the object in question was indeed a hair found on the burger.

Opinions among other food enthusiasts were divided regarding the burger.

John Drake expressed, “Looks terrible.” Joan Piller commented, “Heart attack food.”

Andrew David criticized, “That’s not a burger, and toppings don’t go on the bottom. It looks pretty tasty other than the lettuce though. C+.”

Another individual remarked, “It looks like it would cause anxiety to try and eat. Too goopy.”

However, Jolene Kesler countered with enthusiasm, stating, “This looks incredible.”

Nicholas Wolf expressed, “Looks yummy.”

A spokesperson for Gordon Ramsay clarified, stating, “It is clearly the kink/risen bit of the chicken breast that creates a shadow once the cheese is poured over it. Hope that clears that up.”

This incident follows criticism of a £29.50 Gordon Ramsay burger sold at his Harrods restaurant two weeks prior, which was slammed for appearing dry, as reported on Need To Know.
