For most Brits January serves as a time to recover from the festive fun and get back on a healthy track.

From a booze free month to a wild viral diet, the majority of the nation will be starting 2025 off in a health positive way.

However, for those who are not wanting to wait around and have a more clean Christmas this is the drink for you.

SENTIA offers a wide range of mood enhancing products that can supplement a healthy lifestyle.

Their new GABA Spirits range is ideal for the Brits wanting to give their liver a rest this Christmas.

The alcohol free drops not only replicate the flavour but gives you that ‘sweet spot’ feeling of relaxation and sociability whilst enjoying your night out.

Designed by Professor David Nutt the spirits are made of all natural ingredients.

GABA is a neurotransmitter that acts as a natural tranquiliser by calming the brain and central nervous system.

Similar to that dutch courage buzz that we get whilst enjoying a tipple with our family and friends – this drink achieves that too – without the hangover.

The question is – does it actually work?

We took it upon ourselves to see if it was worth it and truthfully it’s an acquired taste but it does work.

Starting with the positives for lovers of botanical tastes and smells – SENTIA Red is ideal for you.

SENTIA RED.

Strong scents and bursting flavours, this bottle is jam packed with it.

The SENTIA Black is the stronger of the two and leaves you with that back of the throat burning you’d find after a long island iced tea.

SENTIA BLACK.

Both bottles do what they say on the tin, the Black bottle can get you up for the evening whilst the Red can help chill you out and unwind your mind.

The two are priced at £16 online or £29 for the bundle.

However, I do think that both are tailored to a particular person.

For me who’s not a lover of botanical tasting drinks it’s not one I’d grab in a hurry.

Overall I would recommend these to drinkers who are looking to start their annual January health kick early for the Christmas period.
