A footballer has died after being struck in the chest by the ball during a match in front of horrified teammates.
Selahittin Atlı, 49, suffered a heart attack on the pitch moments after the impact.
Shocking CCTV footage shows the amateur keeper facing a shot on goal before the ball hits him directly in the chest.
Seconds later, he doubles over, drops to one knee and then collapses as players rush to his aid.
Teammates desperately performed first aid while emergency services raced to the scene.
Paramedics managed to restart his heart before rushing him to hospital.
They continued CPR throughout the journey, but tragically, Selahittin went into cardiac arrest again and could not be saved.
