A brave woman helped stop an alleged bike theft after confronting a masked man she spotted cutting through a lock with a saw.
The quick-thinking passer-by challenged the suspect and repeatedly shouted at him as he attempted to remove the bicycle.
Footage shows the woman berating the man, calling him a “criminal” and repeatedly telling him to “get a job”.

The incident took place on Portobello Road in Notting Hill, West London, as reported by Need To Know.
The video was filmed late at night on 14 June.
Despite apparently managing to cut through the lock, the suspect ultimately left without taking the bike.

The confrontation appeared to put him off carrying out the alleged theft.
Instead, the masked man was seen climbing onto a Santander Cycle – commonly known as a Boris bike – before riding away from the scene.
As he left, footage appeared to show him making a rude gesture towards the woman.
The clip has since gone viral online, racking up more than 45,000 views.
Viewers were quick to praise the woman’s actions.
