A fly-tipper had their Mercedes crushed after being caught illegally dumping waste on a rural spot.
The car was seized after it was CCTV showed it being used to dump plastic pipes on a public right of way.
Authorities said the person responsible was later interviewed under caution and hit with a £1,000 fixed penalty notice.

But the fine has still not been paid.
The driver also failed to provide proof of ownership of the vehicle within 15 days and admitted they had no documentation, as reported by Need To Know.
As a result, the car was legally forfeited and has now been destroyed by Wiltshire Council.
Councillor Martin Smith said: “We always look to reuse or recycle seized vehicles where possible, but this one had done more than 215,000 miles and was not in a fit state to resell, so it has now been crushed as a clear warning to anyone thinking of fly-tipping in Wiltshire.
“This action is designed to send a strong message – offenders risk not only fines, but also losing their vehicles.
“Fly-tipping is a selfish, criminal act that harms our communities and costs taxpayers thousands of pounds every year.
“We will not tolerate it and will continue to use every tool available – including CCTV, fines and vehicle seizures – to crack down on offenders.”
The vehicle was caught dumping the waste in Bulford, near Salisbury, Wiltshire, in May.
The council launched an investigation alongside Wiltshire Police after the footage emerged.
Before it was crushed, the grey Mercedes was displayed outside County Hall, Trowbridge to show the consequences of fly-tipping.
Following its destruction, the vehicle was recycled and the council will receive the scrap value for its parts.
