Fast and Furious 10 director Justin Lin has listed his stunning Los Angeles penthouse for $7 million.
Taiwanese born American director Lin has been using the stunning two-bedroom pad as an office for his production company, Perfect Storm Entertainment, with residence above.

Spanning three levels from the seventh to ninth floors, the beautifully decorated penthouse – which has been featured on TopTenRealEstateDeals – is certainly fit for Hollywood royalty.
Lin has used the first floor as his office, with an open and spacious design, while the second floor serves as the main living space, with lounge and kitchen.
Meanwhile up on the third floor is Lin’s suite, with a charming small wood stove adding warmth to the master bedroom, and stunning views of LA from the master bath.
In total there is 4,300sq ft of interior space, all artfully decorated with industrial-style furnishings in a nod to the building’s past.
Best of all? Its height offers stunning 360-degree view of the LA skyline from the rooftop terrace, where there is a further 3,600sq ft of space.
The building, which was originally constructed in 1925 as the West Coast headquarters of Nabisco, also has Historic Cultural Monument status.
Included in the building’s amenities is a large swimming pool.
The property is currently on the market for $7 million with Justin Alexander and Tab Howard of the Alexander Group, Compass, Los Angeles and Jimmy Lin of One True Loan, Los Angeles.
Lin has also worked on films including Better Luck Tomorrow and Star Trek Beyond, as well as a number of movies in the Fast and Furious franchise.
