Michele Soel, 28, from Beverly Hills, California, US, is a certified personal trainer and Instagram influencer with over 869,000 followers (@michelesoel). The mum-of-one works out between every day of the week, regularly sharing her gruelling routine and photos of her washboard abs online – and most of her fans love it. In fact, despite her being married, men are frequently sliding into Michele's DMs to ask her out or give her compliments on her trim body. But some accuse her of having had work done and don't believe her minuscule waistline is real. "I do get a lot of attention from my male followers on Instagram," she told Jam Press. "I don’t mind it and my husband has gotten used to it as well. Hard to blame them. "But I also get people on social media who accuse me of having plastic surgery and photoshopping my waist. "The truth is I work very hard for my body and It takes a lot of discipline, consistency and determination to have a waist like mine. "I did not buy it and I don’t photoshop it. "It doesn't bother me when people say negative things, it just means that I’m doing things right – your haters are your biggest fans. "I’ve had injectables in the past; I got Botox and fillers but I haven't done them in years. "I feel that less is more with those things, you can start looking weird if you do too much!" But some accuse her of having had work done and don’t believe her minuscule waistline is real.

“I do get a lot of attention from my male followers on Instagram,” she told Jam Press.

“I don’t mind it and my husband has gotten used to it as well. Hard to blame them.

“I feel that less is more with those things, you can start looking weird if you do too much!”

Maintaining a minuscule waistline is no easy feat.

On an average week, Michele will do four days of strength training, a daily cardio session and other exercises such as yoga or calisthenics.

She said: “I work out five-seven days a week depending on my schedule.

“I do strength training four days a week, I’ll rotate different muscle groups throughout the week.

“I do cardio pretty much every day. I love mixing up my workout routines from free weights, machines, yoga, hiking, and calisthenics.

“Exercising outside is my favourite, sunshine is the best addition to any workout!

“I have always had a small waist when I was young but as I got older it fluctuates with diet and exercise and when I was pregnant my waist was not small at all.”

Sharing some of her top fitness tips, Michele added: “I love to do ab workouts that target the obliques and the entire core area to help sculpt and burn tummy fat.

“Another trick for creating a smaller waist is to do shoulder and arm workouts to achieve an hourglass figure.

“I also highly recommend doing leg workouts to get your glutes and legs stronger and creating illusion of smaller waist.”

As for her diet, the fitness influencer only eats “organic natural foods” and will never have fast food or deep-fried treats.

Michele said: “My diet is rich in healthy fats, vegetables, fruits, whole grains, legumes, chicken and fish.

“I eat a high carb, high protein diet with lots of fibre.

If I do eat out, I go to restaurants that use only high quality, natural ingredients – no fast food.”
