Thought property prices were eye-watering?
A superyacht said to be “one of the biggest in the world” is available to buy through auction, with a guide price of £21million – but ‘all’ you need is a £100,000 deposit to secure the sale (so long as you cough up the rest of the cash later). Given that the sale is going through an auction, you could of course land the stunning vessel for a lot less.
Dubbed Project Y910, the ninth-largest of its kind and among the top 40 of this size in the world, it has been under construction since 2021 and is up for auction.
But the bidding will close in 20 days so if you fancy captaining a vessel of your own, you need to get in there quick.
Project Y910 will have 25,000 sq ft of accommodation and entertainment space once finished, as well as 14,000 sq ft of open space – ideal for those all-day-long luxury yacht parties.
There are enough rooms for 36 guests and 50 crew members.
There will also be two luxurious pools onboard, as well a large owner’s apartment; two additional VIP apartments and 15 double-berth cabins – just in case you need some alone time and there’s no nearby land to dock at.
But wait, there’s more.
The vessel is so huge it also includes two helipads; a helicopter lift/hangar; four tender garages which will accommodate any type of vehicles, including all-terrain bikes, large SUVs and a landing craft for their shuttle to and from shore.

Currently sitting in the Fincantieri Trieste Shipyard in Italy, the 120-metre exterior has already been completed by recycling an existing ice-class hull, lengthening it, adding a completely new aluminium superstructure and a hybrid diesel-electric propulsion.
The yacht is listed with a guide price of €25 million by agent Eric Althaus of Althaus Luxury Yachting. The auction though is being carried out by Concierge Auctions.
Eric said: “A dedicated team of engineers, architects, and designers are available to make the new owner’s dream a reality.
“With a significant stage of completion thus far, the predicted delivery from the signature of the contract is just 18 months – significantly less time than four to five years when starting from scratch.”
