A four-bedroom house, Range Rover Sport and Kawasaki Ninja superbike are up for grabs in a raffle – and tickets to enter cost just £2.
A family are raffling off their home in Ossett, Wakefield, as well as their car and motorbike ahead of moving to Spain later this year.
Claire Reynolds and partner Ben Binks won the Yorkshire house in a previous raffle in 2020, where they now live with their four children, Alfie, 17, Riley, 14, Hudson Boe, four, and four-month-old Ivar Benny.
Now, they have decided to sell it in the same fashion – a budget raffle where tickets cost just £2.
The winner will receive a large four-bedroom detached property in Ossett along with a Range Rover Sport and a Kawasaki Ninja 636, with all legal fees and stamp duty paid.
The house is a newbuild, built by Strata Homes and featuring modern décor and high-quality fixtures and fittings.
The property is set over three floors, with an open-plan kitchen/diner on the ground floor and French doors leading out to the garden.
The first floor is home to three bedrooms – all decorated in neutral tones – as well as a three-piece family bathroom with white suite and chrome shower.
Meanwhile upstairs, a stunning master suite covers the entire second floor, with a fitted mirrored wardrobe, luxury en suite, and windows in the roof allowing for plenty of natural light.
Outside, there is a large enclosed garden with a patio area.
The property also benefits from Philips smart lighting throughout, which is controlled by an app.
As well as the impressive home, the prize also includes a 2015 Range Rover sport seven-seater with full dealership service history, Kawasaki Ninja 636 superbike (owned from new) with very low mileage.
The family decided to embark on a new life in Spain to help with Hudson Boe’s brittle bones condition – which they hope will be eased with the warmer climate.
The raffle is being hosted on Raffall and ends on Friday 30 September – or whenever the last ticket is sold.
