A dancer has revealed the raunchy method he uses to burn extra calories during a workout – shedding his clothes and exercising while almost completely nude.

Elias Ustariz claims to burn 2,000 calories in an hour by dancing in his underwear rather than fully-clothed.

He even says the method helped him to lose 3lbs in just two days.

“Seeing myself in the mirror gave me more confidence and the desire to work out even more,” Elias, who works as a professional dancer, told Jam Press.

“I clearly saw an evolution in my daily training.

“Working out becomes more interesting when you have your own body as a backdrop.

“It’s normal to work out looking in the mirror, gyms have mirrors to help with training. But why not work out without clothes on?

“I get very euphoric during training in my underwear, so staying hydrated is essential.

“It is very important to drink plenty of water to replace the fluids lost in sweat and not suffer from dehydration.”

The results certainly seem to be working for the social media star, who regularly shares underwear-clad and nude shots on his Instagram (@eliasustariz) – where he has 122,000 followers.

Fans have commented on his toned physique, even describing him as “so perfect”.
