A fitness-loving mum has shared her foolproof way to balance exercising with parenting duties – by getting her one-year-old daughter involved in her workouts.
Influencer Michele Soel shared snaps of herself working out while balancing her daughter Sophia and involving her in the exercises.
The personal trainer was eager to continue making exercising a priority, but with a busy parenting schedule she decided to incorporate her toddler for a yoga session.
“She has fun with me and it’s a very nice moment for the two of us together,” Michele told Jam Press.
“She is so small, but she already observes everything I do and often tries to copy me too.
“Motherhood is an unglamorous, confusing and unpredictable journey that challenges you to be better and stronger.
“And because they have so much strength, women can’t forget who they are, before becoming mothers and need to take care of themselves, even if it’s difficult, to be the best version of themselves.
“And then yes, do your best for your children.”
Michele shared a sweet snap demonstrating the method on Instagram with her 875,000 followers.
She captioned the post: “Yoga with my little workout partner. She inspires me every day to be the strongest and best mama I can be.”
One fan commented: “This is true beauty. A mother’s love.”
“You look absolutely fantastic mam,” another user said.
Someone else commented: “That’s amazing!”
“Super cute! Love it,” agreed another user.
Another follower described the display as “awesome”.
Michele previously revealed that she exercised throughout her pregnancy and says her body bounced back two months after giving birth to Sophia.
