A man dubbed ‘Baby Ken’ has almost died after getting black-market BBL injections.

Tyler Dyvig, 24, from New York, US, previously hit the headlines for splashing £97,000 on cosmetic procedures to look like a doll.

After undergoing his first round of botox at just 15, the social media influencer quickly became hooked and received a pectoral augmentation, bicep implants, and a hair transplant.

But things have recently taken a dark turn as Tyler reveals he recently suffered a traumatic near-death experience due to “black market” BBL injections costing $1,500 per session.

“It’s completely changed my outlook on life, as I’m no longer driven by plastic surgery,” Tyler told NeedToKnow.online.

“This entire ordeal has helped me find who I really am and I’m very grateful to still have the opportunity to be on this earth.

“I decided to go down the black market route, as I didn’t have enough fat to get a Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL) and I didn’t want implants, because they feel so unnatural.

“For the first week, I was fine, but then I started noticing weird symptoms, where I felt weak, dizzy and short of breath.

“I thought nothing of it until I had intense chest pain and noticed my standing heart rate was really fast.”

Soon, Tyler was rushed to the hospital and was initially diagnosed with supraventricular tachycardia (SVT), a sudden quickening heartbeat, but later told he had postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome (POTS), an autoimmune disorder.

Speaking about his diagnosis, the influencer said: “Due to the silicone injection toxin, my body’s autonomic nervous system took a big hit.

“Now, I have issues with regulating blood pressure and I’m always dizzy, as well as being tired all the time – which I wasn’t before.

“These injections were done by a nurse in her apartment, where you walk in and are taken into a back room with loads of sealed vials.

“All of them looked completely safe and she claimed it was ‘good stuff’ inside, that she had been administering for years.

“I had her do a very thick silicone so it wouldn’t migrate and she applied nail glue to close the incisions so this didn’t leak out.

“I was in excruciating pain, but I was happy with the results.

“I also received six syringes of facial filler in my jawline, but three hours later, my speech became impaired and I kept blacking out – I thought I was having a stroke.”

Now, Tyler is hoping to raise awareness about the dangers of “black market” injections in a bid to help others after the ordeal two years ago.

He’s also currently working towards a nurse practitioner license.

The influencer added: “I remember how scared I was and I hope to make a difference in someone else’s life with all I’ve been through.

“I’m now on a beta blocker to bring my heart rate down, but emotionally, I’m exhausted.

“I felt like a prisoner trapped in my body and each day, I still fear for my life.

“Because of this, I became a recluse, stopped going out with my friends, started sleeping more and felt like I didn’t have a purpose.

“Now, I’m working on changing my whole life around and overcoming my thoughts.

“I was beyond lucky that the silicone wasn’t injected into any artery or vein, as I would’ve died of an embolism.

“It makes me sick to my stomach that I took such a risk by letting someone who wasn’t even a registered doctor play with my life.

“I’ve spoken with several plastic surgeons about getting the silicone removed, but they’ve advised it’s safer to keep this in due to the risk of it getting into my bloodstream with removal.

“I will never make the mistake of getting black market injections again, as it could’ve easily killed me and I thank God every day it didn’t.”
