An adorable cat with WONKY eyes is struggling to find a new home.

Lonely Lily was born blind in her left eye, which has left her with a quirky appearance.

Her lack of vision causes no health issues but makes her wary of sudden movements.

The six-year-old moggy has been living in an animal shelter the past three months after her owner was unable to care for her anymore.

The domestic long-haired cat was taken in by animal charity Paws and Whiskers in Bexhill, East Sussex.

Staff have been working hard to find Lily a home but have not had any luck so far.

A spokesman for PAWS said: “If you’ve followed us for any length of time, you’ll know we adore our wonky paws.

“And they don’t come much more adorable than Lily.

“Born blind in one eye, she doesn’t know any difference and adapts to new environments amazingly well.

“Lily would be a brilliant addition to any home with other pets or children.

“Her only requirement is a quiet area away from busy roads or a secure garden for safety reasons.

“Alternatively, she would be happy to remain indoors.”

Animal lovers have showered lonely Lily with love.

Bridget Miles said: “If we didn’t have eight special needs cats already!”

Pammy Armstrong Collins-Crewe added: “Gorgeous girl.”

Jacomina Baatje said: “Hope she’ll find a loving home soon.”
