The pad has an equipped kitchen with an oven, hob, and fridge freezer but the sink and washing machine are the other side of the room.
There is an ornate open fireplace and a wardrobe crammed in the living room next to the sofa and coffee table.
The bathroom has a shower, toilet, and basin.
But the sleeping area is on a mezzanine level accessed via a steep ladder.
There is not enough headroom to stand up and it is just 12ft (3.66m) by 6ft 3ins (1.91m) wide – or 75sq ft (6.99sq m).

In comparison the six-yard box on a football pitch is 60ft (18.29m) by 18ft (5.49m) – 1,080sq ft (100.4 sq ft).
The studio flat is located just 400m from Chelsea’s Stamford Bridge stadium, west London.
It is being let on OpenRent.
Heating and internet bills are included, but electricity and council tax are not.
Tenants also have to fork out a £1,846.15 deposit.
Pets are banned and there is no garden, but there is a parking space.
