An incredible home owned by a famous baseball star has gone up for sale – featuring its very own spa, bowling alley, and even a lift.
The mansion is currently owned by former Major League Baseball star Johnny Damon, who played from 1995 to 2012.
Throughout his career, he’s been on multiple teams, including the New York Yankees, Tampa Bay Rays, Oakland Athletics, Boston Red Soz, and the Kansas City Royals.
In 2007, he decided to buy an Orlando lakefront home for himself and his wife Michelle, which had previously been home to NBA stars Antonio Davis and Tracy McGrady.
Now, Damon is set to part ways with the iconic mansion, located in Windermere, Florida.
Approached via a private tree-lined driveway, the 20,240-square-foot home includes nine bedrooms, each with lovely garden views, and 13 and a half bathrooms.
The gorgeous entry hall features natural stone walls, beautiful chandeliers, and a grand piano.
There is three reception rooms: one with an open fireplace, another with a TV and elevator, and another at the back of the house.
The home also features two dining rooms – one for bigger parties and one for smaller gatherings.
The kitchen is also on the ground floor, with a dark wood theme, and features all the appliances you could ever dream of, including an ice machine, wine fridge, and two built-in ovens.
Multiple entertainment areas include a lounge, bowling alley, and games room, all with incredible abstract art and huge leather sofas.
There is also a built-in sauna and gym, as well as a theatre and barbers.
Outside is where you will find the swimming pool, with fountain features, tennis courts, a private park, and sun loungers.
There is also the pontoon, which leads from the garden out to the beautiful lake behind the home.
The mansion has been put up for sale for $30m (approx £23,936,700m), presented by Alice Anne Jackson from Corcoran Premier Realty.
