Chilling CCTV footage shows how the woman looks around to check the coast is clear.

She then allegedly stashes the swaddled infant into the backpack.
After zipping the bag up, she slings it over her shoulder and walks calmly towards the exit.
The National Civil Police of El Salvador launched an urgent investigation.
Less than two hours later, the force revealed that the newborn had been found and that a couple had been arrested.
The police said in a statement: “We have located the baby who was stolen this morning at the San Juan de Dios Hospital in Nueva Guadalupe, San Miguel.

“It is currently being attended to by specialist doctors to rule out any injuries and will be returned to its family.
“The incident occurred this morning when a woman dressed as a nurse abducted the baby from the hospital.
“We have captured a man and a woman who pretended to be the parents of the newborn.
“We continue the search for the woman who pretended to be a nurse and for any other individuals who may be involved.”
It happened on Saturday (30 Dec).
According to the baby’s family, the supposed nurse told the mother around 5:30am that she needed to take the newborn to give it its immunisations.
The family has criticised the hospital’s lack of security.
The police did not reveal how the infant was located.
After revealing that the infant had been recovered, Salvadoran president Nayib Bukele wrote on social media: “The real human rights.
“Thank God.”
