You can now own the final masterpiece of famed architect Pierre Koenig, complete with steel columns, a yellow spiral staircase and floor-to-ceiling windows.
American-born Koenig quickly rose to fame, designing two of the most photographed homes in the world The Stahl House and the Bailey House in Los Angeles.
Graduating from the University of Southern California, he became a professor, teaching there from 1954 until his death in 2004, reported Top Ten Real Estate.

A classic example of a modernist home, The Schwartz House is his final masterpiece and truly celebrates his style, incorporating metalwork and large glass windows throughout.
The four-bedroom home boasts over 2,390 sq ft, three bathrooms, a guest suite and a spare room full of potential.

Each floor of the three-storey building is accessible by a yellow metal spiral staircase, that acts as a bright feature piece in the home.

With small balconies off each room and large windows, natural light floods the building.
The covered patio sits beneath steel columns, offering shade while looking at the stunning garden.

Located in Santa Monica, it sits only half a mile from Ginger Rodgers Beach and Rustic Canyon Park.
And if you wish to leave the privacy of the home, downtown is only a short drive away, with stunning beaches, over 30 Michelin-star restaurants and numerous boutiques.
Keep your eyes peeled, as the beachside city has seen many celebrities within the neighbourhood, including Tom Cruise, Tobey Maguire, Jamie Lee Curtis and Bruno Mars.
The Schwartz House is now for sale for £3.57m ($4.55m).
