A Brit expat’s Thai wife was injured with a fruit knife during an alleged blazing row at their home.
The 27-year-old suffered a serious wound to her right hand.
The police were called to the couple’s seventh-floor apartment at around 3 am on Tuesday (30 Jan)
Upon arrival, they found the woman with an injured hand.

There were also blood splatters all over the room.
The young woman told cops that the injury occurred while they were arguing.
The couple were said to have wrestled over the 15cm long knife used for peeling fruit at their flat near Jomtien Beach in Pattaya, Thailand.

At one point, the woman tried to grab the blade from her British husband and slashed her hand in the process.
He remained in the apartment to answer questions as paramedics tended to his wife.
The Brit also sustained injuries during the row, but reports did not specify his wounds or if he required medical treatment.
Pattaya City Police opened an investigation into the incident.
Both parties are expected to appear at the police station for further questioning in the coming days, investigators said.
The name and age of the British husband has not been released.
