A huge bear tried to break into a family home through the dog flap.
The furry beast was spotted in CCTV footage outside Amy Holt’s house.
It can be seen on top of the fence outside the porch.
It stands on its hind legs and appears to try to open the large window before hopping down and venturing over the back door.

The stocky beast then tries to enter the home through the doggy flap.
However, the animal soon realises it is too big and ambles off.
It happened in North Bend, located east of Seattle in Washington, US, at around 10.05pm on 7 February.
Amy said she had spotted the same bear before near their home.
She said: “The bear is back, but tonight he’s trying to break into the house.
“First, he pushed on our window in a couple of spots and then proceeded to spend some time trying to figure out our doggie door.
“He was actually reaching inside the house.
“Our dog never barked, even though he was making quite a bit of noise with the doggie door.
“We keep yelling at him and making noise, but it doesn’t seem to faze him much.
She added: “The video is completely entertaining, but also makes me a little worried about waking up in bed with the bear next to me.
“We live in a rural area and encounters are a normal part of living here.”
One local said: “He can sense the positive vibes in that house. Leave him some food.
“Give him a chance to become part of the family. Just saying.”

Another joked: “Still looking for that picnic basket.”
Maria said: “That’s scary.
“I would definitely contact the Department of Fish & Wildlife and see if they can trap and relocate him. He’s a bit too comfortable there.”

Kim added: “Holy cow.
“Next time he comes near, set off some firecrackers and throw them out the doggie door.”
Lynn remarked: “That would scare the daylights out of me. Glad everyone was safe.”
