The trio were spinning their T-shirts in the air and attempting to gee up the fairground goers.

Tragic Sergio, 22, was thrown from the car and it’s believed he hit the railings around the ride.

According to reports, he hit his head and ended up convulsing on the ground.

He was rushed to a hospital in Ciudad Juárez in Mexico, located next to the border with Texas.

The fairground was set up in El Chamizal Park, especially for the Easter period.

Sergio was killed while locals enjoyed a day at the funfair on Good Friday (31 Mar).

He passed away in hospital after suffering severe head trauma, as reported by Need to Know.

The local authorities have confirmed that they will carry out an investigation into the incident.

The mayor’s office said in a statement: “The municipal government regrets these events and at the same time announces that permanent supervision will continue at these types of facilities.

“For now, it appears that the incident was caused by the recklessness of the workers of the Atracciones Cabriales company.”

The police probe continues.
