Little Danka Ilić disappeared on 26 March.
She was playing in her parent’s garden when she mysteriously vanished.

Her mother, Ivana Dragomirović, said: “When I turned around, she was gone.”
Danka disappeared in Banjsko Polje near the Serbian city of Bor, sparking one of the largest search operations in the country’s history.

Interpol issued a yellow notice – a global police alert – for the missing toddler.
Serbian President, Aleksandar Vučić called a government session yesterday (4 April) to announce that Danka was allegedly killed by two suspects.
He said: “They confessed to the crime, they both confessed.
“What kind of monsters are we dealing with?”
The suspects, who are both 50 years old, are reportedly workers from a local utility company.
They have been named as Srđan Janković and Dejan Dragojević.

It is believed they hit Danka with their Fiat Panda on the street outside the family home.
Afterwards, they placed the girl’s body in the boot before later burying it in a landfill.
While desperately looking for his daughter in the minutes after her disappearance, Danka’s father, Miloš Ilić, reportedly asked the suspects if they had seen the little girl at the time.
One of the suspects is also believed to have taken part in the search operation, according to reports.
After their arrest, the suspects were questioned separately and they both described the same landfill to the police, as reported by Need To Know.
However, the authorities have been unable to find Danka’s body at the site.
Both suspects are reportedly blaming each other.
The search for her remains continues.
