The ‘Lord Luck’ puppet that was used by the late Paul Ritter in the favourite Brit show Friday Night Dinner has been listed for sale.
The ventriloquist dummy that featured on our screens in 2018 is available for a whopping £3,500 on eBay, as reported by Need To Know.
Paul Ritter sadly passed away due to a brain tumour on the 5 April 2021 at the age of 54.
Featuring in season five of the show, the late actor’s character, Martin, becomes obsessed with an old puppet that he finds in the attic.
In the episode, Martin’s wife Jackie (played by Tamsin Greig) is left horrified after ‘Lord Luck’ is brought down from the attic after being left up there for 20 years.
Tom Rosenthal’s character Jonny then brings along his sad friend Ben, played by Liam Williams, in an effort to cheer him up.
However, as the episode goes on the Goodman family struggle to help Ben due to ‘Lord Luck’ interfering.
Now the used on-screen prop is up for grabs with fans clambering to own a piece of the show’s history.
The item is also accompanied by an authentication certificate.
Listed in Salisbury, UK, the seller describes the item as: “Friday Night Dinner, Lord Luck, prop, genuine, ventriloquist dummy.
