Ever fancied the atmosphere of a football match but don’t want to leave your sofa? Now you can have both.

A flat next to Leyton Orient’s Gaughan Group Stadium is up for sale at just £350,000.

Leyton Orient compete in EFL’s League One and are currently 10th in the table, reports Need To Know.

The one-bed flat boasts a balcony and views of London’s iconic skyline, as well as pitch-side vibes.

You could avoid the match day chaos and crack open a beer from the comfort of your own four walls with no queues or disruption.

The flat also has an open plan reception room and kitchen, alongside a large bathroom and bedroom.

Aside from the stadium, there are also four schools within 0.6 miles, so this home could suit a small family (if you don’t mind the cramped space).

The area also has great transport links with three tube stations nearby, meaning you really are in the hustle and bustle of The Big Smoke.

Reddit users have shared their thoughts on the property – hailing it a “nice touch” for football fans.

One user said: “In fairness I quite like that aspect. Would be noise on match days tho, so you might as well open the window and cheer them on. A season ticket would be like £400-500 a year, and then cup games as well. it’s a nice bonus for a fan.”

Another person added: “Is there an atmosphere at Leyton Orient?”

“Opportunity to be on TV should Levon Orient ever have a cup run as the camera team will notice you watching the game and pan to you, prompting the commentary to say how ‘even the residents have appeared to watch the game,’“ said someone else.

“Probably nich better than a big premier league club. Just less tourists with half and half scarves,” joked another user.

Another user was impressed at the interior too, adding: “It’s a lovely flat for one or a couple, the blue swivel chair in the corner took me right back to 1970! A school friends parents had one and I think another in orange.”
