A two-bed bungalow for sale for £360,000 has been dubbed the “worst property in the UK” and a “glorified Wendy house.”
The modern pad is located in a town popular with Premier League stars and managers.
But it has a flat roof and is located in the back garden of a three-storey house converted into flats.
It has an open plan kitchen and living room and a main bathroom with bath, sink and basin.
The larger of the two bedrooms has an ensuite.
But home hunters have been quick to poke fun at the tiny property in trendy Crosby, near Liverpool.
Ex-Kop defender and Sky Sports pundit Jamie Carragher lives there as does old team-mate Steven Gerrard.
Former Everton bosses Carlo Ancelotti and Frank Lampard resided in Crosby during their time on Merseyside.
One house hunter said: “This might actually be the worst property in the UK.
“Can anyone find a worse, more overvalued piece of c*ap on the market?”
It has just been reduced from £460,000.
One – named Mike – said: “Look what came back on the market.
“Still overvalued by about £300,000.”
He added: “I think someone bought a flat pack shed from Ikea, plonked it in the middle of a shared garden and wanted half a million for it.”
A third joked: “What even is that?
“Looks like a glorified Wendy house.”
The property is being sold by Logic estate agents and advertised on Rightmove.
The property listing reads: “Two bedroom unique individually designed bungalow.
“Private patio, two car spaces and electric charge point.
“Living room and kitchen open to the patio.”
Buyers will also have to pay a £85 service charge and a non-refundable £1,500 reservation fee.
