He posed next to it in St Albans, Herts and joked: “Found my new local.”
Drinkers were split 50/50.
Some believed that kids shouldn’t be in pubs when adults are trying to relax.
Others were disgusted by dogs having priority over their children.
Jamil Baptiste Berglund said: “Where is this heaven on earth type place?”

Daniel Burchell stated: “I have a three-year-old son and a nine year old dog.
“I completely agree with this.”
Shannon added: “I need to go here.”
But Emily Santanberg questioned: “Why would you allow dogs in and not children?”
Jerod Frank stated: “I don’t say this often but I genuinely hope they go out of business.”

Richard Dugan-Starr said: “For the average person to think this is normal is morally disgusting.”
The Lower Red Lion declined to comment.
