An XL Bully owner has been banned from keeping dogs after a man was seen whacking a canine with shovel FIFTEEN times.
A brute was seen filmed by a shocked neighbour hitting the dog – called Ace – with the garden tool.
The man seen hitting the XL Bully used so much force he almost lost his footing.

The neighbour reported the animal abuse to cops after filming the shocking, 28 second video on 8 November last year.
Owner Simon Thomas handed himself in after the attack in Hackney, north London.
The 41-year-old, of Pembury Place, admitted allowing suffering to the dog at Stratford magistrates court.
He said Ace was his pet but he denied it was him who hit him.
As well as being stopped from owning a dog, he was also fined £375 and ordered to pay costs of £1,419.
A Met Police spokesperson said: “After a viral video of a man beating a dog, Ace, with a shovel, Status Dogs Unit officers arrested and charged a male.
“He was remanded and pleaded not guilty.
“At trial the charge was altered to a Section 4 (2) person responsible for allowing suffering, as he claimed it wasn’t him hitting the dog.
“He admitted that the dog was his.
“He pleaded guilty to this offence and the court ordered, fine £375, costs £1,419 and disqualified from owning dogs for 12 months.”
Local Nick Price fumed: “Piece of s*it needs to be in jail.”
Richard Stoyle said: “It’s such a shame on humans that this happens.
“I just wish the penalty for animal crime was treated as such with heavy sentences.”
One – named Dave – added: “You guys have done something good for once.”
John Noble said: “Well done.”
