A violent teen robber who targeted women has been jailed after posting clips of himself driving stolen cars.
Tyrone Downing committed a number of violent offences at a tram station, mainly targeting female victims.
The 19-year-old reportedly attacked one woman pushing a pram who refused to give up her car keys.

The robber, from Wolverhampton, struck the lady in the head before snatching the keys and fleeing the scene in her Ford Fiesta.
The incident was one of four violent offences committed by Downing at Wednesbury Parkway station, as reported by Need To Know.
CCTV footage captured the teen wearing a white balaclava before he approached the woman pushing the pram on 27 August 2024.
The crimes started on 26 July 2024, with Downing punching a fleeing woman in the face from behind after she tried to escape after he demanded her keys.
His only male victim was then robbed of his phone on 8 August 2024, with a small knife used to slash the victim’s arm.
The final incident took place on 31 March 2025, when he held a lady at knifepoint whilst insisting she gave him her car keys.
Downing pushed her to the floor after taking the keys; he then fled the station in her Audi A3.
British Transport Police investigation linked the robber to all four offences through CCTV footage, victim accounts and forensic evidence.
Clips of Downing’s social media accounts were uncovered by detectives showing him driving the stolen vehicles.
Unfortunately, the cars were never recovered.
On 19 April, he was arrested in Wolverhampton with the Crown Prosecution Service authorising the series of charges against him.
The 19-year-old was jailed for four years at Wolverhampton Crown Court on 26 August.
He pleaded guilty to three counts of Robbery, two counts of Theft of a Motor Vehicle and Attempted Robbery.
BTP Detective Constable Aaron Murdoch said: “Tyrone Downing is a callous and violent offender who deliberately targeted women to steal their cars.
“The psychological impact of these offences should not be underestimated, and I hope his prison term provides the victims with some measure of justice and closure.
“Securing this conviction required a painstaking investigation.
“We reviewed hundreds of hours of CCTV footage and carried out extensive digital and forensic enquiries to link Downing to the crime spree and build an overwhelming case against him.
“Violent robbers have no place on the railway, and Downing will now have plenty of time behind bars to reflect on that fact.
