A 30-year-old fashion influencer has tragically died from ovarian cancer two months after posting: “I just want all this to end.”
Surbhi Jain had spent years receiving treatment for the disease in both the USA and her native India.
She made her last Instagram post on 23 February.

The heartbreaking photo shows her with her eyes closed as she’s hooked up to drips in her hospital bed.
She wrote to her 52,200 Instagram followers: “I know I haven’t updated you all about my health which feels wrong seeing the number of msgs I am getting about it everyday.
“But things haven’t been keeping too well. So there isn’t much to share.
“Past two months I have spent mostly in the hospital.
“There has been some complications because of which my food has also been stopped since past 1 month and I have a tube attached through my nose. So I am on continuous IV.
“Treatment is going on, It’s difficult and I just want all this to end.”
Surbhi was known for her social media posts about fashion and make-up, as reported on Need to Know.
News of her passing on Thursday (18 Apr) was shared by her family.
She was reportedly cremated in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh state, the next day (19 Apr).
The cancer that Surbhi succumbed to was her second bout of the disease.
She had to have a major operation aged 27 following her first cancer diagnosis.
The surgery left her with “battle scars” all over her body, but mostly on her belly.
She said at the time: “The surgeries left me with 149 stitches and a lot of pain.
“Today, I create content to keep myself busy and face each day with a smile.”
