Tahira Begum, 20, didn’t know she was expecting such a large brood until two months into pregnancy, as reported by Need To Know.
She visited Dr Farzan Noori for an ultrasonography, where the five tots were revealed.

The mum-of-six was advised of the complications that could arise.
According to local reports, the hospital was ready to carry out a c-section but the birth happened too quickly.
In a clip, the newborns are shown huddled up together while hooked to various tubes and wires.
Tahira, who already has a three-year-old son, gave birth at a private nursing home in Islampur, India on 5 May 2024 (Sunday) at 5am.

Her husband Javed Alam was at her side.
The children were delivered prematurely at seven months, with the heaviest weighing a tiny 750g.
However, the babies are thankfully healthy and well.
Dr Fazen Noori said: “This is the first time in my medical life that I have seen five children together.
“There were no complications.”
