A fitness influencer has suffered a stroke after having a Botox jab in her forehead.

She underwent the procedure at a clinic in Dubai, UAE, on 21 May.
Despite saying she would only have the minimal amount of Botox, hours later her partner Oscar reported that Jousfit had suffered an apparent allergic reaction and collapsed.
He wrote on his girlfriend’s Insta page: “I am Oscar, Jou had a very serious allergic reaction, she fainted and was convulsing.”
He shared images of the influencer being loaded into the back of an ambulance on a stretcher.
Later that day, Oscar said his partner had suffered a stroke and had a guarded prognosis.
Her millions of fans were concerned about her wellbeing after no updates were posted for 24 hours, as reported by Need To Know.
This morning (23 May), she shared an update on her ordeal: “It was horrible and we have cried a lot.
“I convulsed many times, fainted, lost consciousness, they slapped my face to wake me up but nothing.
“I wasn’t breathing, my eyes were white, my nails were black, my mouth was black, my skin was transparent.
“There were moments when I managed to open my eyes and all I could see was everyone screaming, crying, Oscar praying and sobbing loudly.
“I heard him say ‘stay with me, think of our future kids’.
“After 40-45 minutes, the ambulance arrived and everything got better once I was in the hands of the doctors.”
She added: “Now I am okay, thank you for your messages.”
Jousfit has since been discharged from hospital and is recuperating at home.
She has told her fans she will keep them up to date with her recovery.
