A man has been arrested on suspicion of the attempted murder of his influencer wife, who is now in a coma.
Mum-of-two Soukaina El Basri was taken to hospital after her mammary artery was severed due to blunt force trauma.
The influencer, 30, better known as Siu, was given surgery for internal bleeding and was placed in an induced coma.

Jonathan Maldonato was arrested on Wednesday (22 May) night on suspicion of attempted murder.
The 39-year-old husband was questioned in Biella, Italy, but did not admit any guilt in connection with his wife’s injuries.
Maldonato, who lives in nearby Chiavazza and works for Lavazza, has since been remanded into custody.
Investigators say there was tension between the couple, as reported on Need to Know.
Siu’s brother said: “In the past few weeks, the whole family had trouble getting in touch with her, and even our father in Morocco tried to contact her multiple times.
“For about twenty days, there was no response.”
It was Maldonato himself who called the emergency services on the day Siu was injured.
He claimed she had fallen “accidentally”.
He later changed his version of events to the police, claiming she had tried to take her own life due to depression.
Maldonato is the father of Siu’s two daughters, aged five and six.
Siu has more than 100,000 followers across social media platforms.
