Lion Star, Everest Place, and Paramount are collaborating to launch Nickelodeon Hotels & Resorts Orlando, slated to open in Kissimmee, Florida, in 2026.
This eagerly awaited resort will be integrated into the Everest Place development and managed by Lion Star Hospitality Inc., the exclusive US licensee for Karisma Hotels & Resorts.
Featuring over 400 themed rooms and condo units, the resort will immerse guests in the vibrant world of Nickelodeon, with beloved characters like SpongeBob SquarePants, PAW Patrol, Dora the Explorer, and the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles bringing the experience to life.
Mario Mathieu, Senior Vice President of Business Development, Design, and Construction at Karisma Hotels & Resorts, highlighted the resort’s goal of revolutionizing family vacations by fusing top-tier entertainment with luxurious accommodations.
Pam Kaufman, President and CEO of International Markets, Global Consumer Products & Experiences, shared her enthusiasm for the new resort, noting its significance in expanding Paramount’s array of family-oriented destinations. She emphasized their dedication to crafting immersive experiences that resonate with fans of Paramount’s brands worldwide.
Nickelodeon Hotels & Resorts Orlando promises a distinctive blend of luxury and entertainment, boasting amenities like the Aqua Nick water park, Club Nick, retail shops, character meet and greets, and the iconic Nickelodeon Sliming experience.
Dining will be a highlight, with options such as Le Spatula, a SpongeBob-themed restaurant, Mikey’s Pizzeria, inspired by the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, and the Snick Lounge, which will offer games, sports, live music, and the iconic Big Orange Couch.
The resort will also feature condos available for purchase, ranging from studios to two-bedroom units, allowing owners to enjoy all the resort’s amenities.
Zafir Rashid, CEO of Everest Place, pointed out the unique investment opportunity for condo owners, blending fun with practical amenities like shopping, dining, and entertainment.
Set within the 220-acre Everest Place complex, the resort will provide guests with access to a variety of attractions, including a lively retail scene and a medical center.
