A keen cyclist mum was allegedly stabbed to death in front of her two kids by her husband.
Jaine Pereira Kochanski was brutally killed in her home in the early hours of Friday (5 Jul).
According to witnesses, Jaine and her husband, Luiz Cezar Batista Valter, had left home together on Thursday (4 Jul) night.

Stay-at-home-mum, Jaine had returned home first, followed by Cezar.
A loud argument had then ensued.
About 20 minutes after arriving home, Cezar went to a neighbour’s house and asked her to take care of his children.
He allegedly told her he had killed his wife because he claimed she had cheated on him.
After leaving his kids with the neighbour in Ponta Grossa, Brazil, Cezar fled the scene.
The police started searching for him immediately, as reported on Need To Know.
The highway police later reported that he had died in a head-on collision with a lorry on the motorway in Tibagi.
The crash reportedly happened at around 1:30 pm on Friday when Cezar, 31, crossed into the opposite lane.
He claimed he had discovered that Jaine was at a motel on Thursday (4 Jul) night after telling him she was going to a friend’s house.
Minutes before the crash, he had written a pathetic mea-culpa on social media alongside a series of happy family snaps.
He wrote: “I really did something irreparable.
“Eto and Silvana, your pain hurts me deeply. I ask that you take very good care of Pedro and Elisa, they are incredible.
“It hurts so much to know that I will never live again, that this is the end.”
Chillingly, he added: “To all the people who don’t know me and judge me in the comments, only those who have been through this before will ever understand what their reaction would be.”
Jaine described herself as an “amateur cyclist” on social media, where she often posted snaps from her two-wheel adventures.
Her son, Pedro, was eight, and her daughter, Elisa, was four years old.
The police are investigating the case.
