A ‘human Ken doll’ has told how he nearly destroyed his chin following so many facial fillers.
Angelo Sanzio has gone under the knife for cosmetic reasons 25 times.
To date, he’s splashed out nearly £109,000 (€130,000) on changing his appearance.

But he recently feared he’d end up disfigured after developing side-effects from years of facial fillers.
He told local media how numerous injections had left his chin a mess.
Angelo said: “A few months ago, I thought it would be a good idea to project my chin slightly forward, so I had hyaluronic acid injections.
“Years ago I overused this substance, applying it all over my face.
“Over time, the product not only migrated but had settled mostly in the chin area.
“When I added more, a lot of lumps formed giving my chin a terrible appearance.
“Just yesterday (23 Jul), I had surgery on my chin and when (the surgeon) opened it up, he found a complete disaster.
“It was terrifying.”
Angelo is a former reality star and calls himself the “Italian Ken” like the boyfriend of toy doll Barbie, as reported on Need To Know.
He became fascinated with plastic surgery after learning about it for the first time when he was just six years old.
He started getting injections at 18 and had his first cosmetic op aged 21.
He said: “I had my nose done.
“For my birthday, I asked my mum not to throw me a party but to take me to the cosmetic surgeon instead.”
Angelo is 35 but believes he looks seven to eight years younger.
But, he said: “I see all my little flaws hidden behind every choice I’ve made.”
Despite his frequent visits to the operating theatre, Angelo isn’t blasé about going under the knife.
He said: “Plastic surgery and cosmetic medicine aren’t trivial matters, and we should approach them in a serious way.”
