An influencer has spent the past four years looking like she has two upper lips after having fillers.
Iasmyn Bernardes recently spoke about her surgery woes in a series of videos.
Her upper lip appears swollen and when she smiles, it looks like she has two top lips.

Iasmyn got the fillers in 2020, as reported on Need To Know.
She said: “It’s been almost four years. I didn’t realise it had gone wrong at the time.
“I noticed months later when my lips were completely devoid of acid.”
She eventually travelled from her home in Londrina, west of São Paulo, Brazil, to see two professionals in Goiânia, near Brasilia.
As she showed the hard ridge on the inside of her top lip to the camera, the influencer recalled: “They said in my case, I’d have to cut this part here because there’s no more acid left inside.
“It’s turned into something like fibrosis now.”
Iasmyn currently hides her “second” top lip by getting fillers, but the only way she’ll be able to remove it permanently is through surgery.
She said: “I’ve had fillers done twice to fix this. But every time the filler goes away, this horrible part reappears.”
The influencer said her lip fillers aren’t the only cosmetic procedure she’s had an issue with.
Iasmyn said: “I wasn’t too happy with my buccal fat removal either, and my breast implants also went wrong.
“Other things I’ve done haven’t turned out well either. I’m starting to think the problem is me.”
